The Monroe Institute is a non-profit focused on research and education, and we have continued to advance the state of the art in terms of our audio technology. What you'll find in the Expand app is the latest generation of our audio technology that has shown in testing to be highly effective at reaching the same states of expanded awareness we explore in our residential programs with greater levels of conscious awareness and retention of the experience.
