To reset your password, simply use the 'Forgot Password' button on the login page.

You should then receive an email confirming your password change
If you do not see it, please check your spam folder or search your email for that subject before contacting support. Most of the time, these emails have been delivered but then marked as spam by your email provider. There is also a practice called 'Graylisting' where email providers hold emails to watch for signs that it is spam. If it is not, they are then delivered.
This can cause a delay of hours, though, making your password reset link unusable.
The best way to get around this is to make sure you have whitelisted our email address.
