How to Restore Your Subscription in the Expand App


Sometimes, even if you’ve paid for the Expand app, it might not show your subscription. This can happen after an update, switching devices, or other small glitches. Don’t worry—there’s a quick way to fix it.



Step 1: Open Your Profile

  1. Open the Expand app on your phone or tablet.

  2. Log in to your account.

  3. Tap the person icon at the bottom of the screen.

  4. Tap “View & Edit Your Profile.”


Step 2: Restore Your Purchase

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the profile page.

  2. Tap the “Restore Purchase” button.

  3. The app will check with the app store to find your subscription. If it finds it, your access will be restored automatically.


Step 3: Make Sure You’re Using the Right Email




If it still doesn’t work:

  • Check that you are logged in with the same email you used when you subscribed.

  • If not, log out and log back in with the correct email.




Extra Tips

  • Internet: Make sure your device is connected to the internet.

  • Subscription Status: Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and check that your subscription is still active.

  • Update the App: Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Expand app.

  • Reinstall: If nothing works, try deleting and reinstalling the app. Just make sure you remember your login info.
