Missing Subscription

If have an active subscription but not seeing this reflected in the app, the most likely cause is that you may have created another account under a different email address. 


If you're on an Apple device this can also happen if you originally created your account with an email address and have since then logged in with your Apple ID and chosen not to share your email address. 


Since subscriptions are tied to your email address there's no way for us to associate your subscription to you in either of these cases. The easiest solution is to log out of the app and log back in using your email address.
